Guarantee (herein, Guarantee) is subject to
certain terms and conditions to help protect
us and our customers. Our credit card
customers (herein, Customer) are very
important to us. These include, in no
particular order:
1. All
credit card purchases are subject to a
Guarantee after the product is received.
2. The Customer is entitled
to claim their Guarantee for as long as they
have in their possession un-opened LONGZ™
bottles.
3. Any
claims of Guarantee must be accompanied by
the proper
documentation to be considered
valid.
a.
Full
refund form, complete with Order ID and
proper billing information.
b.
All un-opened bottles that are being used in
Guarantee request.
c.
Signed
declaration, confirming that the
customer purchased LONGZ™ via credit card.
4. A Customer may only submit 1
Guarantee return per 30 days, with a maximum
of 2 per Customer.
5. These terms are subject to
change, without notification, by LONGZ™ and
Herbal Mind.
6. Any applicable refund will be
issued via either company check or
credit card return.
a.
Company checks are sent within 7-10 business
days of the completion of Guarantee
processing.
b.
Credit card returns are issued within 3-5
business days of the completion of Guarantee
processing.
c.
Credit card returns may take up to 30 days
to show on the Customer's statement,
depending on the issuing bank.
7. There is a 15% restocking fee
for all un-opened bottles.
8. Returns sent C.O.D. by the
Customer are void.
9.
Returns without proper paperwork will be
considered invalid.
10. Any questions about our
Guarantee or the status of your return can
be directed to
returns@longz.com.
11. Returned products must include
all original instructional materials as well
as the returned product. This includes, but
is not limited to the following:
a.
Instructional DVD Manual (if applicable)
b.
Printed Instruction Manual (if applicable)
12. Orders returned without the
proper instructional materials will be
considered incomplete. A fee may be assessed
in the completion of the return process for
each material absent.
13. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
